1) Will shipping be delayed due to the current pandemic?
There may be potential delays, as our supplies and merchandise are sourced locally and overseas. Please understand that shipments may arrive late due to COVID-19 and recent United States Postal Office restrictions.
2) How long will the order take to arrive?
All orders will be shipped out through USPS from Dallas, Texas. Please expect US domestic orders to take roughly 2-10 days for delivery once all products have been manufactured. This is only an estimate, but may take up to 1-2 months from delays depending on the post office's situation.
3) When will my preorder be shipped out?
We estimate that our shipment of supplies will arrive in mid to late November if everything runs smoothly. Orders are scheduled to be packed and shipped to you by November-December, but keep in mind that this may change due to unforeseen external circumstances with delays and setbacks.
4) When should I contact you about a delayed or missing package?
If you have not received your order within 2-3 months of receiving a tracking number, please send us an email with your name, order number, and ordered item(s).
Please understand that once your package is shipped, it is out of our hands. If your package is lost, there is a chance we may no longer able to provide you another replacement if we run out of stock. Don't hesitate to reach out to us about any issues or concerns; we will try our best to accommodate as best as we can!
5) Are orders refundable?
All orders are nonrefundable unless the item arrives damaged. We are not responsible for items that are missing.
Regarding International Orders:
International will take an estimated 10-30 days for delivery. However, with the pandemic and USPS restrictions, your package may take up to 3-5 months. If your country is listed here, we cannot ship your package at this time. In the meantime, please consider purchasing our Digital Bundle.
